Chapter 1030: A Moment That Would Be Remembered For A Lifetime [Part 1]



Luna felt ticklish of Ethan's hand caressing her naked body.

As she lay on the bed, her lover's hand gently moved across her back, sending tingling sensations running down her spine.

Little did she know that Ethan was actually sending a bit of his divine powers inside Luna's body to help heal her Magic Circuits.

It wasn't noticeable at first glance, but Mimir was right. There were countless small holes within Luna's Magic Circuits, leaking out Moon Magic.

When he saw this, the young man couldn't help but smile bitterly, finding his lover's condition similar to his in the past.

Back then, Ethan's Magic Circuits were destroyed, and it was only through Luna's Moon Magic that it showed signs of recovery.

Luna's Magic Circuits weren't as damaged as his had been in the past, but they were still in bad condition.

He was confident that, once it was fixed, Luna wouldn't have any problems using magic every day. In fact, the only times she'd be unable to use it were on the days of the New Moon, when the moon disappeared from the sky.

As his hands gently moved across her back, the young lady couldn't help but squirm because of the tingling sensations that were overwhelming her senses.

It was as if she was being tickled by countless small lightning bolts, making her body shudder from time to time.

A few seductive moans even escaped her lips, which made Ethan smile bitterly.

If not for the fact that he had decided to fix her Magic Circuits first, he would have already embraced her the moment the two of them were in bed.

Time passed ever so slowly. After nearly an hour, almost half of Luna's Magic Circuit had been repaired.

At that moment, Luna's body glowed faintly in a silvery light, which was something that Ethan would only see whenever she used Moon Magic.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

"I'm halfway done," Ethan said softly.

"O-Okay," Luna said through gritted teeth, doing her best to hold back a moan of pleasure from escaping her lips.

Truth be told, repairing Luna's Magic Circuits was very draining. Ethan had to activate his Tidebringer's Legacy, his Sea King's Might, and his Pseudo-Legacy-the Legacy of Rivers and Lakes.

Although this Legacy wasn't the original one, he had acquired something similar after he and Lilian had made love for the first time, allowing him to wield a similar power to hers.

This gave Ethan the ability to call storms on both land and sea, allowing him to use any body of water including rivers and lakes to battle.

He also gained a faint spark of Divinity after Arariel gave him the power of his Legacy, which held dominion over Authority.

Only by using all of these Legacies at the same time, stacking their powers, was he able to see Luna's Magic Circuits well-enough to help repair them.

The young lady endured the bittersweet torture, her body glistening with faint traces of sweat.

Some of it belonged to her, while the rest belonged to Ethan, whose sweat dripped from his face and landed on her back.

His concentration reached its peak as the repair neared its completion.

Finally, after two hours, a long sigh of relief escaped Ethan's lips.

However, a frown appeared on his face when he noticed that Luna's Origin Magic Crystal, which was shining just moments ago, dimmed.

The flow of Moon Magic stopped circulating through her body and slowly disappeared into thin air, making the young man's gaze widen in shock.

But just as he thought that something might have gone wrong during the repairs, he heard Mimir's voice speak inside his head.

'She's fine, Ethan,' Mimir said. 'Her Magic Circuits have been repaired. However, during the process, your Divinity was exhausted. Because of this, Luna's Origin Magic Crystal used its own magical reserves to help you finish the repairs at the last moment.

'Now, it has gone into a state of hibernation. However, rest assured. With a bit of rest, she will recover and will once again be able to use magic.'

Ethan, who heard Mimir's voice, finally breathed a sigh of relief.

It was also at this moment that he realized Luna had fallen unconscious and seemed to have fainted before her Magic Circuits was completely repaired.

But knowing that she was just drained like him, he no longer felt anxious.

He took out a bath towel from his storage ring and gently wiped her body, which was coated with a thin layer of sweat.

Once he was done wiping her dry, he made her lie on her back so that she would be able to sleep more comfortably.

Seeing that her front was also sweaty, Ethan wiped her dry once more, until he was satisfied.

Of course, just like Luna, he was also covered with sweat. But instead of wiping himself, he decided to take a quick shower first.

Feeling more refreshed, he laid down on the bed and hugged his lover before closing his eyes. He was very exhausted, and after closing his eyes, he fell asleep in the span of a few seconds. The young man didn't know how long he slept, but when he opened his eyes, he found Luna looking at him with a smile on her beautiful face.

She didn't say anything and simply moved closer to kiss Ethan's lips.

The young man, who had recovered a bit of his strength, wrapped his arms around his lover and returned her kiss with passion.

Soon, their bodies joined, allowing both of them to feel a different kind of connection that now existed between them.

Ethan was quite familiar with this feeling, as he felt the same thing after he and Lilian made love with each other right after they had done their first Legacy Resonance.

It was a truly magical feeling, making Ethan and Luna feel as if their Origin Magics were melding into one entity and resonating with each other.

As such, the sensitivity of their bodies increased, making their lovemaking more pleasurable, and sensual than usual.

Ethan and Luna knew then and there that the two of them now shared a connection that was

very hard to describe in words.

The young lady's worries, anxieties, and inferiority complex vanished completely. Right now, she knew with every fiber of her being that Ethan loved her just as much as she loved him. Some said that Magic was empowered by the heart, while others believed that it was created

out of love.

Regardless of which among these theories were true, Ethan and Luna, who were in the middle of experiencing this magical moment, held each other tight, enjoying this moment that they would both remember for a lifetime.
