****************
In the vast seas, there were four emperors who reigned supreme: the strongest man in the world Whitebeard, Kaido of the Beasts, Big Mom, and Red-Haired Shanks.
Whitebeard, Kaido, and Big Mom were indeed famed for their formidable Haki abilities and physical strength, yet it was their mastery of devil fruits that truly set them apart.
But what about Shanks?
He had never consumed a Devil Fruit nor possessed a superhuman physique. Well, as much as those guys...
So, what allows him to stand among the Four Emperors? It was actually his unparalleled Haki. Especially his conqueror's Haki.
Today, however, Shanks encountered someone capable of matching his Conqueror's Haki - a power clash he could never ignore.
Fueled by the pride of a fearsome Yonko, Shanks stepped forward, his red hair flaring as his eyes sharpened with a fierce resolve.
Boom!
A shockwave erupted, and the entire island trembled violently. Even the surrounding sea grew turbulent, waves crashing relentlessly against the shores.
That was the peak of Conqueror's Haki a force so fierce it could blanket the world.
In the eye of the storm, Uchiha Madara's gaze shifted, his usually composed face showing a glint of interest.
"Oh? Such a powerful spirit," Madara mused. "Among those I've faced back then, you are indeed unmatched in Conqueror's Haki, Shanks. But in sheer willpower? I, Madara Uchiha will bow to no one!"
With a cold smirk, Madara summoned the formidable blue form of his Susanoo, positioning himself within its towering structure.
In that instant, his aura intensified, and from the heart of Susanoo, he stared down upon Shanks and his crew, his presence like that of a god.
For the first time since he arrived in this world, Madara revealed his true might. Conqueror's Haki was a unique power, one that cannot be attained through mere training. While Armament Haki and Observation Haki can be achieved with effort, Conqueror's Haki was a birthright - one that strengthened as its wielder's own spirit and willpower grew.
For a man like Madara, who once sought to execute the Infinite Tsukuyomi, possessing an iron will was second nature to him.
He was a ma who stood above everyone else at one point, however short...
It meant his will was undoubtedly unmatched by another human being. The key word being another human or someone on that level, not a god...
Flashes of lightning illuminated Shanks's face, revealing a subtle shift in his expression.
Though he remained composed, a slight disadvantage in this Haki duel was evident.
Meanwhile, the members of the Red-Haired Pirates struggled to withstand the intense pressure.
Only a few elites remained standing; the rest lay incapacitated on the ground.
With a determined expression, Shanks unsheathed Gryphon, his sword.
Despite having only one arm, he unleashed two powerful, 200-meter sword slashes instantly, which was a testament to his skill and power as an Emperor.
*Swish*
"A formidable move," Madara remarked, a twisted grin spreading across his face.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
With his Susanoo's blade in hand, he stepped forward to meet the attack head-on.
The island shuddered under the weight of their clash, unable to bear the combined power of these two titans.
"Quick, get everyone back to the Red Force!" Beckman orders, gesturing for Yasopp, and Lucky Roo to retreat with the rest of the crew.
"This island won't hold much longer!"
The typically composed Beckman, now with his guard up, was fully aware of the monstrous power they were facing.
Shanks was undeniably a top warrior of this world, with almost no weaknesses.
Against the towering Susanoo, he showed no hesitation, skillfully dodging its attacks with Observation Haki while matching Madara's strikes with his swordsmanship and Armament Haki.
"Hmph, this strange power is quite a nuisance," Madara mutters, frowning slightly as he channeled more energy to restore the broken parts of his Susanoo.
Its massive size made it an easy target for Shanks' agile maneuvers, yet it remained unyielding nonetheless.
But Madara's scarlet Sharingan gleamed as he observed Shanks closely.
In mere moments, he comprehended the intricacies of the Armament and Observation Haki, applying his talent and eternal insight.
He had already awoken them before, but now he gained insight into how to use them
proficiently.
In a shocking move, he coated his Susanoo in Armament Haki, enveloping the entire structure
in a dark, formidable aura.
"That much Armament Haki...?" Shanks muttered in disbelief.
Even as one of the Four Emperors, he found himself genuinely shaken.
Madara smirked, sensing his opponent's awe.
"Now, it's my turn!"

Three Days Later
The nameless island had all but vanished, reduced to fragments scattered across the sea, with
the remains of Sea Kings that were caught in the battle.
On one of the larger pieces of the remaining lands, Madara stood with his arms crossed, staring down at Shanks and Beckman, who lay defeated.
They both breathed heavily, wounds covering their bodies, though they still clung to a shred
of resilience.
Half a day into the fight, Beckman had realized the grim reality: Shanks was losing ground
against Madara.
Putting aside the pride of an Emperor, he intervened, fighting alongside his captain in a desperate attempt to hold back their formidable adversary.
But even together, they could only delay the inevitable.
"You fought well," Madara says, a hint of respect in his voice.
"It's been too long since I've enjoyed a battle like this."
Though he fought for three days straight, Madara still appeared full of energy, savoring the
thrill of combat he once only felt in battles against Hashirama.
"Now, Redhead, I have already wasted enough time on this" he continues.
"So, will you tell me where I can find the Whitebeard Pirates?"
